During this phase of the project we transform our vision into a well thought-out design plan. This includes 3D concept sketches, selection of various finishes, fixtures and furniture, and the development of millwork.
Contract Documents
Using our experience to formulate a package for pricing and construction
Contract documents typically consist of drawings and specifications. To help provide you with a complete design plan, we coordinate with various project consultants including Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers and building Architects.
Tender and Project Administration
Ensuring that the built space matches your vision
We have established relationships with a variety of contractors who can participate in the project tender. We are able to recognize contractors who will best fit your project goals allowing you to obtain the best combination of pricing, quality, and scheduling.
We want the construction process to be stress-free for our clients; we work on your behalf, with the contractor, during construction to ensure the space is built right. We put so much effort into a thoughtful design plan, now we’ll make sure it’s executed.
