Hatch Interior Design is proud to announce that after years of hard work and dedication Leigh Blackburn is now one of a handful of Registered Interior Designers in the Okanagan! Leigh recently wrote and passed (with flying colors) the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) exam – North America’s most stringent criterion for Interior Designers.
