Dr. Sanders had a dream of creating a well organized space with nods to the mountain this clinic sits at the base of. Hatch was thrilled to help bring that vision to life. A calm and serene atmosphere achieved by bringing natural elements in, all while providing the comforts of modern technology (five computer monitors per room to display dental records, information, and your favourite Netflix show), came together seamlessly in this innovative clinic.
The floor plan was created with productivity in mind. The precisely sized Treatment rooms, ample space for the Sterilization Room and Laboratory and a separate Reception check in and check out counter that allows patients to leave out a separate door, without going back through the waiting room after services are all ways to ensure a great experience for all. The incredibly well thought out layout and customized millwork details throughout ensure that the staff and patients have a comfortable and efficient experience whether working in or visiting the space.
The aesthetic is neutral, but incredibly interesting with layers of texture and feature elements throughout. The cozy waiting area boasts plant life suspended throughout the overhead lighting and a sweet little play area for children to tuck into while they wait. The full height moss wall leading to the Treatment rooms creates a memorable, instagrammable moment and the gorgeous corridor displays a custom photograph of Knox Mountain that spans the full length of its walls. With intricate details at every turn, this clinic is a must see.
