The Nest
Are you looking to house multiple businesses in one space? The Nest is a vibrant office space home to Serviss Wealth Management and McFadden Real Estate and underwent a major transformation as the space was previously home to a dance studio. We worked closely with both business owners to ensure their brands were identified all while creating a cohesive and timeless space. With ample square footage, additional offices and workstations create a co-working space available for lease for a few lucky individuals.
The Nest was created for multiple uses. While traditional private offices and work stations are incorporated, multiple break out areas were designed throughout the space to allow for brainstorming, collaboration, and entertaining. A highlight of this space is the centralized Boardroom surrounded in glazing, with doors that open up into a sleek lounge area to hold professional meetings or after hours socializing.
Skylights bring in an abundance of natural light and workstations flanked by string lights, plant life, and an upscale grass-look carpet tile create an internal green space. An oversized vinyl graphic, map wall welcomes Clients into the space and creates a major conversation piece.
