Are you a developer starting a multi-family project that needs to cater to a variety of tenants? Mission Group approached Hatch to provide a fresh vision for their latest rental development in the highly sought after Pandosy area and we were happy to deliver!
It was pivotal for the lobby, a beautiful two storey space, to have a memorable presence. The full height angular walnut wood feature wall juxtaposed with the organic soft moss created a show stopping visual. A black, custom laser cut metal screen that appears to be part of the railing to the second storey above is the perfect connecting piece. All topped off with a beautiful chandelier to light the space.
This rental project needed to appeal to a varying age demographic while staying true to Mission Group’s well established standards. Since the project is a rental building, extreme detail was made in selecting durable materials to stand multiple users over time. The neutral dual tone cabinetry, paired with solid surface counters and warm wood look flooring throughout the units is was the perfect pallette to appeal to the masses looking for modern living.
