Is your team growing and in need of a major office expansion? The Colliers International Kelowna branch engaged Hatch Interior Design to facilitate the renovation of their office to allow their segregated team to work together on one floor, all while modernizing and refreshing the space
Keeping as many partitions and doors in place as possible, we set out to create a functional layout that ensured many building components were kept out of the landfill. We allowed for individual private Offices with an expansive Boardroom and break out areas to collaborate as a team and entertain guests.
Renovating the existing office and blending it into the newly attained space meant updating the entire aesthetic of the office. It was important to keep the corporate look, but provide a modern and fresh approach. Using the existing dark wood tones to contrast the new white walls and contemporary chrome fixtures, we provided a new look without stepping away from their brand. Punches of “Collier’s blue” were used throughout to create a cohesive space.
