Ross’ Gold engaged Hatch to assist in opening its flagship location in Kelowna, BC. With a strong brand and well-known product line, all they needed was a retail storefront tailored to suit their unique business model in order to better serve their local customers.

Wanting to be at the forefront of their industry, Ross’ Gold required a specialized space that set them apart from the competition and realized their extraordinary vision. Inspired by the story behind the founder, Olympic Gold medalist Ross Rebegliati, we infused the space with the remarkable tale of how it came to be. The result was a contemporary, cultured aesthetic with a quirky nod to west-coast style that emphasizes the very special nature of their product line.

As a combined head shop and dispensary, Ross’ Gold had some very specific requirements and challenges. Our task was to seamlessly integrate the two sides of the business with a functional, security conscious solution.

In order to pay tribute to the history behind the company we utilized materials like pine beetle kill wood and mountain graphics that referenced the BC slopes where the Ross’ Gold story began. Custom display solutions, cool accent lighting, one of a kind ceiling features, inset floor graphics, and even a coffee and juice bar combine to create a totally rad store unlike anything Kelowna has ever seen before.
