This prominent corporate building, owned by Stream Property Partners Inc., in the heart of downtown Kelowna was in need of an update, both internally and externally. Hatch helped to freshen up the exterior through selection of paint and assistance in signage locations, however the majority of the design work was in the common areas of the interior. New finishes, lighting, millwork accents and wayfinding breathed new life into these spaces, helping to attract new tenants and modernize the corporate environment.
